Standardized dry extract of Bulgarian Tribulus Terrestris, containing 60% furostanol saponins, defined as protodioscin; bulking agent (maltodextrin); anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and calcium phosphate).
Recommended Use
Basic dosage: 3-6 capsules per day, divided into 3 doses, 1-2 capsules per dose. Take with plenty of water.
For strength sports and bodybuilding: 8-week cycle with a 2-week break. The total daily dosage should be 10-15 mg per kg of body weight, divided into 3 doses throughout the day. For example, if you weigh 80 kg, the dose would be 800 - 1200 mg per day = 4-6 capsules per day, or 1 - 2 capsules three times a day. If you weigh 100 kg, the dose would be 1000 - 1500 mg per day = 6 - 8 capsules per day, or 2 - 3 capsules three times a day.
